Danny Mas commander of the Lamed-Heh

The commander must know how to provide his men
meal potions all other neccesities.
He must be gifted with creative imagination to
generate plans of war.
To fulfill these he must have an open eye,
be without weary, full with vigor, witty,
hard hearted, available with common sense,
be a man of simplicity and slyness, a gaurdian
and thief, lavish, generous and yet narrow eyed,
quick and moderate.
All these and other characteristics natural and
acquired must he treasure in his heart.
Obviously he must know his own tactics because
a mere mob with no order is not an army.
Just like a pile of construction material in not a house.
