Schools Values And Codex
Bar-Ilan schools counts 387 pupils, who come from a heterogeneous population.
During recent years the schools has accepted new imigrants from Etheopia and
the fromer Soviet Union. The school invests ceaseless effort in imigrant
absorbtion.
The schools staff values the difference between pupils and therefore believes
in giving each child the opportunity to bring out his potential so that he can
evolve and join society as an efficient and contributing citizen.
We believe learning is not something that happens to the child, but something
that happens by the child. Learning is an evolving process during which the
unique potential of each individual develops in various fields. The learning
experience should enable the learner to develop ability to organize knowledge,
stimulate envolvement and develop high level thinking skills. These qualifications
are needed to face chaning reality in a modern era.
The school is active in modeling the pupils religious behavior, personality
and lifestyle in accordance with jewish law ( Halacha ).
