The department for strategic planning advances planning in the variety of the municipality's fields, helps with data collection, supervision and handling of projects in the municipality.
The department for strategic planning responsibilities:
- Collection and analysis of demographic, social, economical and physical data
- Writing working papers and programs
- Collection and analysis of inner Directory " department material
- Management, planning, advancement and supervision over projects.
- Editing and writing booklets regarding the city and its needs
- Organizational development
- Help with fund raising
- Management and responsibility for evacuating the deceased in times of emergency
